Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern use of the Aivanta Bridge website and, unless a separate written agreement controls, general inquiries and purchases of consulting services. By using the website or engaging services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Aivanta Bridge provides practical AI consulting and business technology solutions, including readiness assessments, AI strategy and roadmaps, workflow optimization, automation consulting, AI tool selection and setup guidance, customer support consulting, content and marketing workflow consulting, team training, custom solution planning, and ongoing advisory support.
Advisory Nature of Services
Our work is advisory, planning, training, configuration, and implementation-support oriented. Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the engagement and may require client judgment, testing, security review, legal review, or technical validation before use in a production environment.
No Guaranteed Business Outcome
We do not guarantee specific revenue, cost savings, time savings, productivity gains, customer growth, error reduction, or other business results. AI tools and business processes can produce different outcomes depending on data quality, workflow design, user behavior, third-party platform changes, and other factors outside our control.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining appropriate access controls and backups, reviewing recommendations, obtaining necessary internal or third-party approvals, and making final business decisions. Clients should not provide sensitive information to an AI platform unless they have determined that the platform and use case are appropriate.
Third-Party Tools
AI systems, software platforms, integrations, hosting providers, and productivity tools are operated by third parties. Their availability, pricing, functionality, policies, model behavior, data practices, and service continuity may change. Aivanta Bridge does not control those third parties.
Fees and Payment
Service pricing is shown on the website as a starting price or monthly price where applicable. The final scope, payment schedule, and deliverables may be confirmed through a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other written agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and fees.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Custom deliverables created specifically for a paid engagement may be used by the client after applicable fees are paid, while Aivanta Bridge retains rights in general know-how, methods, reusable concepts, and pre-existing materials.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivanta Bridge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from website use, third-party platforms, AI-generated output, or business decisions based on consulting recommendations. Additional limitations may be stated in a project agreement.
Changes and Governing Terms
We may update these website terms. A signed or otherwise accepted project-specific agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms.
